Due to the nature of kids clothing. We need to maintain cloth hygiene and quality so we can not sent for trial purpose and ruin our dresses. So we are really serious about quality check before packing each and every single products. Our size is according to Australian, USA standard size chart. And dress quality is always above your expectation.
We do exchange but need to start exchange process within 1-2 days once you receive dress. Dress should not be used even for photo shoot or other indoor purpose and need to be in original condition with tag and label.
