Delivery Policy

IVAIKJAN use Australia post for domestic shipping. And DHL and Australia Post for international shipping. So all the delivery time is same as Australia post and DHL. We provide tracking details with tracking number once the order is fulfilled so you can track your order.

Domestic Shipping

• Express Shipping : 3-6 days, Aud $ 10

• Standard Shipping : 7-10 days, Aud $15

International Shipping:

We have 3 options:

• Super Express: 4-8 days = AUD $80 (Via DHL) 
• Express: 10-20 days = AUD $ 45 (Via your country post office, express)
• Standard: 3-6 weeks = AUD $ 30 (Via your country post office, standard)

These above delivery time is based on current time frame and if courier change their delivery time due to their internal issue we cannot control. Please alway track first your order once we provide tracking number in your provided email and call to courier for delivery address change or any order update.
